Early Dismissal

My first class today was dismissed nearly a half an hour before it was supposed to end. Not a bad thing at all, it gives me the time to write a few blog posts and check my email and etc. I am happy to be out early.
Right now I am sitting in the hallway right out side my next class room because the class there right now has not been dismissed yet, they won’t get out for another 20 minutes or so. So I have a full 20 minutes to do what I want. Wonder what I can do.

Can you believe it, our last post was actually the 150th post of the blog. We are just 50 posts away from 200 posts which is definitely our next goal. Well since this post is number 151 we are just 49 away and hopefully we will get there very soon.

New Flash Drive arrived

I ordered this flash drive over two weeks ago from a seller on ebay. It arrived earlier yesterday. I am extremely angry because the seller lives in the same CITY as me. Not just same state, SAME CITY. I had to file a claim with paypal in order to get the guy to ship the item but at least It got here.

I will still ask paypal to give me a partial payment because the seller is complete BS, ships it out when I try to get my money back? Yeah right. I hate people like that, they think they can do what they want and bend the rules to their liking. But now I will put my flash drive to use as much as I can since it is a full 8 gigs and it will be useful to me.

Google Indexes

Google indexes seem to be varying big time from one datacenter to another. I say that because if you look at my forum, you will see roughly 33,000 pages indexed in one datacenter and if you move to another it is above 73,000.

I am actually hoping that it settles at 73,000 pages because that means more traffic for us and the happier we are with the newer members and more activity. Google indexing is weird and I can tell you that it is NOT even across the board..hope they were though.

Laptop Fixed

My first class yesterday was cancelled without notification. I was a bit confused and had no Idea what I was going to do for the next hour, I could have come home but then I’d have to go back in 30 minutes to be on time for my next class.

So I went to my computer lab and in 30 minutes they upgraded my laptop, gave me Microsoft Office 2007, and fixed the touchpad issue that I had from the beginning of summer. I am happy that it was finally fixed because Now I can take notes with it in class again. Hope it doesn’t break down anytime soon.
